Sounds like he was selling cracked accounts which is usually a perm ban especially if people end up getting scammed when the real owners recover them, so i'm guessing he was lucky just to be TWC'd and not perm banned.

User didnt scam me and I had no idea who he was. He just offered to buy my account and sent money upfront. Sounds like a good bloke to me.

 

Interac isn't 100%. Years ago there was a guy who got me for a few hundred. I think it was Arcus who got hit for a lot more and @R2Pleasent too probably since he is canadian. It caused my bank to disable my interac and everything lol. Maybe its changed.

 

Yeah unfortunately I know. I'd say it's still highly unlikely it's reversed. Worst case I can recover the account back and resale it. I didnt provide any account information. My buddy accepted the Interac. If anything happens I'd pay him immediately.
