2FA Reset Needed

Any update on my case?

 

I'm awaiting an update from Moes to verify the PP transaction ID for my donation. I'd just like to get my 2fa reset already so I can resume business on Sythe.

Still no IP relation at all, I found some home IPs on the KaysHD account, post from one of those IPs or I won't be able teo help

 

As I mentioned in my previous thread, before this section was down, I believe that I was using a VPN all the time when on Sythe before. As a result, now that I'm not my actual IP wouldn't match. However, I was told that providing the PP transaction ID for my donation would suffice. I'm assuming that was lost in the previous thread too, so here it is again:
Again, the only reason I don't have access to my account is because I got a new phone and lost my 2fa reset code; I can provide any and ALL information pertaining to my account if the PP ID isn't enough.

Donation ID matches but I still want a home IP to be posted. It's ridiculously that you've only used a VPN
