Thread layout

Hello again guys!

I decided to try my luck at thread designs, since the user "RSPhreak" requested to have a thread layout. I took up the offer and wanted to create a sleek and professional thread design for him. I felt it would be better than creating a typical thread layout with C4D. I know it isn't amazing, but tell me what you guys think.

Nice and clean writing, not clean overall tho, I'd say take out a bit of the unnecessary writing or put some of it in smaller print, as it just makes it look cluttered. You want something clean someone wants to read, something that catches their eye which is does just not for the right reasons. hope this helped you.

It's laid out neatly but copy-pasting the same text 3 times makes it look cluttered.

 

I like it, very sleek. The transitions between the colours makes me head hurt though. Overall though, it's a nice design man.

 

Overall you made a really nice and sleek design. Here is some advice:

Color
The "Thread made by" isn't consistent in color. The flow doesn't feel nice on the eyes. You should keep the starting font the same color and change the name's font color if you are persistent in involving the blue.

Signature
The "Thread made by" should be "Created By:"

Font Flow
To be honest, you should stay consistent with the font color for most of the design. In my opinion, the white looks nice and would flow nicely without all of the blue text alternating. You're using black lines and a less dark black that won't appear on some monitors. My suggestion is to use the color you're using on the text for the lines, then change the text to white. The alternating colors look great on the Skilling, Questing, Defenders tabs.

Sections
The bottom doesn't have a nice transition. I believe breaking them into sections would be better. Put payment methods above the contact information; you'll always find contact information towards the end of a graphic, or the same concept is applied to emails and websites.
