Cut off voidonly in middle of skilling.

Me and user agreed on 60-70 agility for 12M to be done by hand only.

However, due to information in a new scam report against him and other information I have seen I have decided to change the password while he is in the middle of service for the protection of my account.

In this thread since he has accepted my order, he has also said he has accepted 3+ more orders + with the orders that he stated he was working on until 99 (in the other scam report) means he is working on atleast 7 accounts at once.

I would also like to note that I have not agreed to his ToS at stated on his thread; therefore I should only be held accountable to pay the amount/xp he has actually gotten on the account if he is not in fact botting.

 

I actually I do not work on 7 at a time. I do then simultaneously. I work 3 on and 3-4 off. And rotate. Which you can ask many of my users that we have time scheduled to work on their accounts so when I'm not on theirs I'm on the other 3 and also by posting on my thread and placing and order automatically subjects you to the TOS rather you read them or not

 

Actually it says on your thread you must post the order form and agree to the TOS or you won't start service. Which I did not and you still started the service.

Regardless sythe rules and moderator decisions trump your TOS and I don't believe they will make me pay for the full amount of services that you didn't complete.

Tagging you because I am understanding you are handling the other report.

 

He did get me 48 agility on my account, somehow he got 20% more xp then needed (who does that)
And in his Thread he has a Tribot Cursor in one of the pictures with the finished service.

 

Sythe rules are above your ToS
Im not handling the report, I told OP I'm busy today.

 

Void, please issue a partial refund for the amount of the order that was not completed. As zuzel has already stated, user ToS do not trump sythe rules/staff, and I am hereby overruling your ToS.

Please let me know when you've made the refund.
