Additional details/story: From what I understand, I was banned for requesting a vouch before giving my service. I have a promo going on for my shop which is 20% off to customers who contact live support or send us an email. The reason I had been having people post their vouches pre-purchase is because many people would simply take the 20% off without leaving a review.

Looking back, I can see how this can cause a problem if the person is dissatisfied with the service/item they received. However, I do not feel like this warrants a permanent ban, especially seeing for how long I have been using sythe and the amount of business that I have done on her. A warning would have sufficed, I didn't end up scamming the guy from that thread, I refunded him the 20% as soon as I was notified in a private message. I hadn't even noticed any contact from him beforehand and he had me on skype (never messaged me).

In the end, I didn't scam anyone and although ignorance isn't an excuse, I wasn't aware of the potential consequences on the buyer of asking for a vouch for him to receive 20% off his purchase. Please do not let me off with a permanent ban for such a small offense, a warning or even a temporary ban would have worked the same.

I just read through the buying vouches thread, thanks for the information. I will make sure to change the way I approach this situation and try to interact with the buyer in a more legitimate way.

i think this is a bad case of timing more than anything else. OP got reported, refunded the dude, and i banned him before the dude said anything to me (even though i specifically asked him if he got refunded)
