Add more trophies

As long as it doesn't encourage spam, more trophies would be a great thing as they would encourage activity. I support.

 

i doubt its gonna encourage spam. we already have post-count-based miniranks for certain sections, and they increase spam minimally.

Here are a few:

* 1K likes
* 10K posts
* 10
* 100 threads started
* 500 threads started
* 50 referrals
* 250 referrals
* 3 year veteran
* 5 year veteran
* 10 year veteran
* Donate any amount

 

Just spoke with Matthew, we're waiting to hear back from Richard for a final ruling. The trophies may or may not end up ultimately disabled, but if Richard decides to keep them, I'll go ahead and start adding some more tomorrow. Dunworry provided a pretty good list, so I'll start with his providing Richard decides to keep them.

I'll update you all with more info as soon as I get it.

 

Just got the okay from Richard to add some more. I'll do it in the AM as I'm currently laying in bed and posting this from mobile.

Not sure how dynamic the trophy system is in regards to what types of achievements can be added, but I'll see what can be done with it and roll with it from there.

Unsure why you would have referral trophies, considering we already get acknowledgements /rewards (referral badges) depending on how many referrals a person has...

Possibly;
>50 Trophy Points = another point
>100 Trophy Points = another 5points. etc.

 

Alright guys, I have added a few more, we'll look at more later on when these ones settle a bit.

 

Would it also be possible to reset the points and have all the trophies re-awarded again at some point? They're currently glitched for a lot of users, myself included (only 43 points but showing that I have 81):
