lost access to account

Posted a few threads in here,

Basically I can't access the email that is registered to my account to update the password and therefore cannot access my account.

I need the email to be changed to something else, but apparently my IP address has changed in the three or four months that I have been in-active.

Basically all I have to recover the account is my 2fa reset code, and I still have access to the phone with the 2fa.

Please tell me how to proceed.
