Additional details/story: I appreciate Sythe's concern over keeping the community safe. I'd like to st
art off by presenting the facts as to why I don't deserve to be banned. The first account that was listed on the thread posted by yousuckv2 presents evidence that I am linked with the account 'Ralph Lauren,' the evidence stated against me was that he was a name seller, while I just recently also started a name sale. If you would check my vouches thread none of my vouches revolved around name selling as it was just a side business (Which I haven't gotten any money from yet) and I've been setting up my website to sell gold in order start my very own business. Please find my vouches posted here ( http://www.sythe.org/threads/kjkgp-039-s-vouches.2020407/ ) showing that the ALL of my trades completed on Sythe.org was the buying and selling of RSGP. You can also find the website I have been working on to sell gold (Which revolves nothing around the selling of names, as I thought selling names that I found would be good money) Here - ( www.kjkgold.weebly.com ). Furthermore, as stated in the IP Audit section of Sythe "Please note that just because two users have posted from the same IP does not necessarily mean both accounts are owned by one person." Now I'm sure you are not here to listen to me tell you about all the public areas I have been and logged onto sythe to check my posts, but I've visited the site in over 10 IP locations ( LTE, Home, Zoo, School, Shops, VPN, VPS... etc.). Now this may be hard to check, but if you check the frequency of times that I've visited the site on each of the different IP's I'm sure you could tell a difference in the accounts. Additionally, I've checked both users stated in the thread posted about my ban, both of which Have never been Donators as well as SVU. Now ask yourself this question, what would a ban evader be doing supporting the site that they have been blocked from visiting? If you are still not convinced with my case then lets look at the types of trades that these two people have made. Divica Allen has had a total of 0 posts, meaning that he couldn't have had anything to do with the Rs3/07 Gold business that I am currently trying to pursue. Ralph Lauren on the other hand, you can find his name selling thread here, (www.sythe.org/threads/ralph-039-s-name-sale.1901387/), has his name selling thread if you could cross reference to my name selling thread ( Which I would remind you once again, I have not made any sales from yet) here ( http://www.sythe.org/threads/25-donor-selling-some-rsn-039-s.2020751/ ) we haven't gotten a single same or similar name. Now, how would I, after having donated around 700m Rs3 gold to further support sythe, make my money back from selling names that are about 10m each, when I've only got 8 posted which totals to a whopping 80m rs3. OK! so what you may ask? to all of this above, How would you describe the date of ban/creation being so close to each other. Again Sythe is a major Runescape trading site, maybe even the biggest running site, this is the reason in the first place I chose to use Sythe. Now, How many accounts are created on Sythe everyday? (maybe 20-50+), the banning of an account and the creation of an account doesn't always mean that someone is trying to evade a sythe ban. If you would please review the statements above, and get a better understanding of the situation I am facing, that would be great. Thanks for listening, and I hope that Sythe always watches out for their community and keeps being one of the best RS RWT websites that there is. If there are any questions or concerns please post below. I am able to provide any information revolving to my current business to show that I am in no correlation to either of the stated accounts, I've even purchased banners and thread layouts to do with my RsGp business, which I can provide evidence with to further support my claim that the businesses that these two accounts hold aren't in any correlation to me ( which you may check in my conversations to find the proof of Runescape Gold related trades.) Once again I hope you find this information helpful, and please take a good look at the Evidence on both sides of the case.
