Report/Post/Reason that you got banned: I had actually forgotten about all of this, nevertheless I broke the rules. I was banned on the account LavishSales for attempting to sell the domain RSGP.biz - this was then linked back to my original profile vanguardrsps that I used to scam the player buyingikovasap.

Anything you weren't banned for you want to confess now: I was trying to find anything that I could because I didn't want there to be any surprised and I stumbled across this (http://www.sythe.org/threads/vanguardrsps.1853799/). I don't know if anything ever came of that report but I am intent on being honest here and that's what I found. Other than that I don't believe I have done anything wrong (excluding what I am asking to be pardoned here for).

Oh, I was banned on OSbot in 2013 with the username "LiquidMetal" for scamming someone like $30 worth of RSGP the same week that I bought 6 months worth of sponsor for like $50+. I know that doesn't make sense but stupid actions usually don't make a lot of sense. There's no way that could have been traced back to me but I'd rather not hide it. I can't click on the accounts profile because it is banned so here is a link to the only thread I was able to find from that account.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why we should forgive you: I scammed a player for ikov gold (very detailed report here). This player has not posted anything since September. When I tried contacting him to make amends I don't believe that I was ever able too. I wouldn't expect the player that I scammed to forgive me, he isn't obligated to forgive me because what I did to him was wrong in every sense of the word. I hope that he would forgive me because I am truly sorry for what I did to him. This thread states that the requirements in order to be pardoned are that you are able to demonstrate good will, and demonstrate reform of character and legitimate regret. I don't know if I am able to do that with any words that I have the capability of posting here, but I truly am sorry and I am not here with bad intentions. I am only here because I want to be a member of the community and to use this website as it was intended.

To quote this thread once again, I will not be a further problem for the community. While I was here I was able to complete several services for members of the community without any problem, and refused to do anything without a middleman. (I recognize that I shouldn't have been able to complete them in the first place, as I was ban evading, and that is wrong in and of itself).


I did my best looking into this so that it would be easier for you guys to go from there. If anything else is found I am happy to give an honest reply regarding it. No more excuses. I know what I did and I know that it was wrong. I've included links to threads at the bottom that may be relevant.

I read the comment from dunworry, I didn't intentionally leave that out, I just forgot and didn't come across any information regarding that when I was looking for more to add. I would be completely happy to work out like a payment plan or something with the person. I tried to find this dispute on paypal to see if I got the funds back or if he kept them and the dispute was not listed in my account.

 

Go about contacting lalapo to see if he won/lost the chargeback and if you'll need to refund him

I've tried getting ahold of him to figure out who the dispute was sided with (pretty sure I canceled it, but could be wrong). He hasn't responded to my skype requests and his website never has anyone actually there.

Bogla recently contacted me and said that I owe him money from a chargeback in 2015. I'm pretty sure I attempted a chargeback and closed it immediately after but I closed my Paypal and reopened it so I no longer have access to the records.

This would make absolutely no sense though. I've given Bogla thousands of dollars and I've bought gold from him in 2016. Why would he allow me to buy gold several times in 2016 if I charged money back in 2015 and it was never resolved? Just asking to have this added so that if he mentions anything you guys will already have my side of it. He's a stand up guy, he's just confused as I know his version of events never happened.

As I said, would make absolutely no sense that he'd sell gold to me this many times if I ever charged money back from him.

I'm posting this now rather than waiting until I sort it out with him because I'm having trouble finding a way to correspond with him due to our time differences.

 

Since I work for Bogla, I'll ask him to provide proof of this. Please provide proof of attempting to contact Lalapo in the mean time.

 

Found the transaction. Just making sure it was chargedback and not manually refunded.

EDIT: No outstanding debts with Bogla.

 

As dunworry said, things with Bogla have been cleared up. There seemed to have been some confusion about the other email in Lalapos post, which doesn't belong to me.

I'd like to get in touch with him and work something out (if the dispute was settled in my favor, 99% sure that it wasn't if my memory serves me correctly).

Also an additional note: I didn't know that OSbot had rules about off-site bans so I reported myself over there and had my account banned until this matter is settled.

 

Alright. We'll need to wait 1 month to allow Lalapo time to respond. If he doesn't respond, then this will continue to voting.

 

Could any of you PM him on Sythe and ask him to send me a reply on skype? I see him online on Sythe a lot. I'd rather just pay him back if I owe him money than unnecessarily wait a month and attempt to wiggle out of it.
