What is Jagex's contact email? Not receiving recovery emails.

Do any of you know Jagexs contact email? I am not receiving any of their emails when I try to change my password and recover my account.

Your best shot is Tweeting them usually. You can try @jagexsupport if I remember correctly. If that one doesn't work just Tweet Mods directly I guess, it's your best shot for a reply. If Twitter doesn't work, maybe try Reddit?

The best way in my experience to get them to respond is to send in a ticket to the tech support team. Right from the homepage > support > tech support > client crashing > contact us. It isn't the proper medium, but they will get your message quickly and they've always responded to me within a day. Good luck!

 

Twitter works for me when i forget my passwords

 

I used to submit tickets instead to them. I don't believe they have an email address to which you can just send an email, as the one who's been responding to my tickets is called "noreply@..".

 

Check your spam folder if you haven't already.

 

i spam tweet them all the time and they reply fairly quick. Go on one jagex staff's twitter and follow the rest of them, then just tweet @ all of them

 

Check your junk/spam folder. Are you sure it's the right email being sent to?
