Banned?

So after coming back being banned from like idk maybe 6 months ago, that someone had access to my account and scammed someone from my account I am still forever banned? and that even though i refunded the person and provided pics for proof, you still never decide to lift my unban?, I did not have no intention to scam, so why is it me that gets banned and not the person that was on my account?Maybe try check Ip and ban him, I did not have anything to do with this, and yes i refunded the person a long time ago and i have posted pics refunding him in previous disputes.
