Scammer - Clownlords

Explanation of the trade:
I bought the Runescape account he had for sale here: http://www.sythe.org/threads/s-maxe...-total-600m-total-xp-maxed-cape-more.1930166/
I agreed to go first sending the full amount via paypal as a business transaction, I felt safe doing so as I knew I could chargeback should anything go wrong. Everything went smoothly and the trade was a success, everyone got what was agreed.
How they scammed: About 2 months after the sale, the account was recovered. I confronted him about it on Skype, although he took a few days to respond he eventually offered his help in recovering the account, after multiple failed attempts it worked, although the account was locked after I tried using it again. I then asked him to try again and he said it was denied, but I could see that the account was no longer locked when I tried to log into it, and instead the account was registered to an email address with the same first character and @gmail.com with the same length too. I confronted him about it and he swore innocence. I threw in the towel at this point, I had no way of proving it was him who recovered it and PayPal also told me there was nothing I could do to get my money back so I dropped it.

I came back on Sythe and saw that he had listed a new account for sale, and it just so happened to have exactly the same skills as the account he sold me (When I last logged into it) and the same items in the bank. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the same account, even has the Treasure hunter keys I was in the middle of using when he recovered it .
