user Has been payed back and i'm fully understand why i was banned and reason i've been banned for such a long time because i continues think i could get away with creating new account witch i know i should't of and just been patience to be unbanned and please forgive me for that i do seriously mean that and if i have to wait longer to be unbanned then i will.

Report/post/reason that got you banned:First reason was because i did't complete a free skilling service that i agreed to.then i created account trying avoid ban witch i was idiot for doing and i'm sorry won't ever happen again i just wanna get back in the game.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:Contacted him months ago can't find proof as its very old but user has been payed back if you look up old post's you might find it where i put proof up on thread somewhere.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:i should be forgiven because i've truely given it a long time to come back and even on my all account's i made example fashionistas is my main account that got a lot of vouches and i even started a gold selling/buying website witch since there went out of business as i lost sythe user's and many other's trust witch i hope you would be willing to let me have another chance.
