Did a bit of digging, find out he had a dirty past and had the cheek to say that Zing - http://www.sythe.org/members/337442-zing.html almost scamquitted someone for $50 when he got mixed up in a situation, I personally felt that there was no need for any of the conflict, I do appreciate that Gracious was looking out for me, but he was also rejecting his rep.

Report him in the report a scammer section. Check the profile of the Skype you were speaking to, it's likely a fake

 

There's nothing to be done here, don't make a report, also researching things for yourself will help you out in the future too
