how badly did i fuck my lungs

about a year and a half ago i was giving weed a try with a plastic bong (ya i know) you know the whole socket, pen tube, and gatorade bottle. anyway i am just wondering what kind of damage using something like that 4-5 times (by 4-5 times i mean 4-5 sessions and lets say 1 session is about 3-5 hits) can do to ones lungs because ever since then they have just felt unhealthy. like i can feel them on the outside of my body if you know what i am talking about and in some cases it can be very irritating, like in hot and humid weather its the worst. dry cool weather its much less noticible. motorcycle rides really iritates them which sucks balls cause i like to ride motocross, i pretty much put that sport on pause for now. it kinda ruined my life in a way cause now i dont care to do my 2 most favorite things, smoke herb and ride bike, and this is very depressing to me. i have been smoking somewhat since then, the higher i get the worse they feel.

your probally thinking i melted half the bottle smoking right???...no, out of paranoya i heavaly inspected the plastic downstem and there was absolutly no noticeable melting, indicitaing that i did not take in huge amounts, now i realize taking in plastic fumes however is likely, but there was NO noticible burning/melting to the naked eye.

half of me is thinking its all in my head, i have had other minor injuries last for years, not hurt-hurt but i could feel it, and the other half of me its thinking its real based on just what i am feeling. i mean idk if i should see a doc or not. could i get some feedback please, just tell me how your platic smoking experience was.

its really starting to piss me off/get to my head so bad to the point when i might go to a doc, and trust me i DONT see doctors. i got a peice a metal in my eye once and dident go in untill i was near passing out in pain. but here is the kicker... I AM NOT a hard core smoker what so ever. Before this ordeal i smoked cigs kinda (you know not addicted but smoke one on occasion) havent smoke since this has happened cause it feels to terrible. and running, i can run fine without gasping for air, so i dont understand. more comments appreciated. could i really get broncitis(sp) if im not a regular smoker?

k well i should probally break down and just go in then, just say i had bronkitis(fucking cant spell that word) all this time for a year and a half, would that even be possible? if so could haveing bronkitis that long and not doing anything have any ill effects? i would seriously do anything do be back to normal again guys so idk why i dident go in alot sooner. thanks for the comments. but now what do i tell the doctor. i am not just gonna be like ya i was smoking pot out of a shity plastic homemade bong and my lugs have felt like shit ever since. what can i say?

and for you people that say i have been smoking out of things like that for years, you do know if you make it right you probally dont burn any plastic right? cause dumbass me use a socket then put the plastic downstream directly behind it, this is bad because the smoke coming right off the burned material is very hot and it makes it much worse when you take hits with little or no weed in the bowl cause then your flame is pretty much in direct contact with plastic, which i did a few times.

first time I tried weed it was with my mum lmao, i remember feeling paranoid and thought my face was gonna fall off when i went for a shower, i know weed doesn't have THC (or w/e) but i think i just got really paranoid for some reason and thought things were happening, did a few times after that with her and it's been chill, but defiantly like a once in a blue moon thing
