Market rising or declining?

I just started to make gold in game and sell, my question to Sythe is if gold prices have been increasing or decreasing in the last 6 months

 

last time I sold they were like 2.5x current prices , doesn't matter that much cause gold is much easier to make as well.

 

Prices have been steady for quite some time now, and I imagine they'll stay where they are now

 

If this new minigame runescape 2007 are introducing goes well then It may cause them to rise? Really unsure on that tbh as I'm sure there are loads of variables when it comes down to the decline/raise of 07 gp. P.S The minigame includes a entry fee of like 100k there are like 25 players the winner gets 2m so it sinks 500k 07 per game. Think that's how it goes.

It has declined over 6 months but it's been pretty steady for a while right now.

 

Its been steady for a while now its dropping a bit but im sure itll go back up as this happens every now and then.

 

I doubt it will have a huge effect
just to give an idea if 35,000 people play the game it would only sink 700M 07 which is roughly 1 ely.

Also realistically with the amount of gold farming bots in the game if, (especially IF) the game mode is popular, I personally think it either won't have any effect or maybe will slow down the price decline of gp.

 

Have no ide about prices fluctuation but I doubt the 'new' minigame will have a huge impact. You barely need any money to play the game as you start as a maxed player with acces to all gear.

Bonds might rise a bit on release

 

Does anyone know what prices of gold was before and after G.E and f2p/bonds were implemented?

 

Before the grand exchange was introduced, the price per mil was sitting on and if not higher than $2/m. Although I could almost guarantee that this had no big effect on the prices as they were bound to go down over time.

 

I just hope more people start playing this game so this forum can get even more active, it was so popular back when RS had a constant 200,000 players. I also had around 2B 07 I could've sold around that time but didn't think about going back on Sythe to sell. Regrets :'(

 

If you generate gold on a constant basis through that of staking or other methods, the profits would be greater than if you would've sold that gold back then.

I just make money and sell it, I don't really flip.
