Excelont 2fa Reset

So i had to do a password reset in order to get on the new Xen. Did that with Daves help. Now it says i need my 2fa code but the code i have been trying to use is not working.

I dont use a VPN So this ip should match just fine.

I can prove that this is me via phone call , text, paypal etc.

Govind once helped me before by texting me not sure if it is needed.

Not sure if you have to remove 2fa for me, or just reset it some how.

Without old IP access there isn't really anything that can be done

 

Why can't we use his SVU info like his phone number?

I don't have access to that tool anymore, it's not available at the moment. Unless it's in modess, but he can post it and I'll run it by richard to see if it matches

 

Maybe donation IDs? if not, I suppose we'll have to wait for Sythe to confirm. for what it's worth I'm pretty sure he is the legitimate owner of the account. thanks @Dave

 

If he was never actually hacked (this appears to be an issue with 2FA, not hacking), then you can probably ask him questions that only CDT members would know too.

 

I can verify it's him, we snapchat each other everyday and he's been ranting to me about this damn account recovery for like a week

 

I figured it out no worries, 2fa has been removed
