Lost access to account

I logged out of account a few months ago , and when I tried to log back in to my account it said to access the account I had to change the password because it was over 6 months old, but when I tried to do this I realized my account was registered to an older email adress that I no longer can access to reset the password. I have my 2fa code attached to the account and the phone with the 2fa.
