Collections miniranks

Why not make it so that you can customise what's in your collections?

Some collection ideas:
-Shitting Rainbow/Homosex/I can count to potato/Ext Homosex/Brony
-Smashing/uwotm8/The mortyest morty/Archer/Newfag/Crook
-Village drunk/poker chip/feelsbadman/cool kid/pizza

My idea was to have a custom icon created for each category. There are a bunch of section participation rewards, have a particular icon created for it. Build up a base point for each series of images. The Pokeball is an elegant way to sort Pokemon mini-ranks, but it will be difficult to come up with an overall usage model for many of the others. I believe there would be a need to have a GFX designer make icons for the majority of them.

I'm horrible at graphic designs, and it is hard to work with a 32x32 image, but I made a sample display my meaning up above.

The "Community Development Team" could host more events that release new icons on Holidays, games, etc. Creating custom folder icons for "League Events" or "SOTM Events" or "Counter-Strike Events", etc. If you want to keep the same concept with the Pokeball and Pokemon, you can use the game's launch icon. This could help encourage active participants. You should maybe speak with the people who run those events and see if they have any request.

Salesperson (Active Sythe Business Owners)
Survival (Survived more than five infractions) -- Maybe a bad idea to encourage violations lol

Community Builder (Actively supports the community with suggestion feedback)
