How do people get so many posts?

I see some accounts created a year ago have 10k+ posts, do they just spend all day typing on here?

 

A lot of people enjoy the community side of Sythe as much as or even more than just selling/buying here.

Click 'New Posts', look for something to post non-relevant comments in that seem like they're topical, repeat every 15 seconds.

 

Dang.. im pretty sure mine is like 0.01 posts per day or something close to it.

 

Being active in multiple different markets using a bot to post bumps every 8 hours helps contribute to people having alot of post count.

Replying to every comment and making short posts helps.

 

Each market thread accounts for 3 posts per day every day with an autobumper. Most professional market users have 4 threads in RS07/RS3 gold, a thread in crypto/digital currency, a thread in RSPS gold, and that's already pushing 20 posts per day. On top of that, it's not hard to post at least 5 times per day outside of the market.

Nah but for real I work in an office and I can have all my work done for a 9 hour day in 3-4 hours. So I sit on here and talk and read. Makes the day go by faster. I don't have a ton of posts but that's an example.

 

We post on threads of people asking how we get so many posts.

Back in the day I was mainly just active in off topic and programming rather than anything specific to do with RS. It just piles up over time if you care less about postcount and more about participating.
