RileyNPC and Foxace36 have been exchanging vouches. They are partners for the website www.LeagueSmurfs.net (which is now www.EliteSmurfs.com) that also sells cracked/stolen league of legends accounts.

Foxace36 has been permabanned several times for scamming on different forums.

Here's where it gets even better. Foxace36 has been the one supplying RileyNPC, he buys and cracks accounts on Hackforums.

These two have been exchanging vouches and selling cracked/stolen accounts. They scammed me and several others, they don't hold up to their warranty and are just looking for profit. They also sell stolen accounts.
