6 months password change

Hey there,

I have tried to access my sythe account after a while, however, the pop up told me to recover it through an email due to expired password. Unfortunately, email is not accessible since it is disabled for personal issues. Is there anyone I could contact regarding this issue?

 

Firstly it would help if you let us know what your sythe account was since there is no IP match from this post and any account.

Secondly are you sure you're not able to re-enable the email account?

Hey, my nickname is ferr and email I cannot retrieve is [EMAIL REMOVED]. Unfortunately, but once gmail account is disabled, it cannot be re-enabled. You may send a test email message to check and I believe that you will receive a bounce back message stating that email account is not valid.

The account was mostly used from TEO ISP (Lithuania), I was studying in Denmark, so some logins might be from there as well. If you need any further information, just please ask.

If you can reset my email, the new one is [EMAIL REMOVED].

 

This is not enough to go on, is there anything else you can mention to attest to your ownership of the account?

I may give you a password, but sorry, not in a public. Can I contact anyone on skype or email?

 

That won't do any good as users passwords are hashed for their protection. Is there anything else you can provide?
