No victims afaik because Lizzy caught him before anything could get stolen.
Because the account is older, you'll likely have to prove that you own it in some capacity before it's unbanned.

Honestly your pardon us super half-assed and you're showing no real regret for what you did. You've one-sentenced everything in the pardon template and didn't even bother explaining why there are no victims to repay. Because of that I'm not offering my support. Take your next pardon more seriously.
