Okay so I scammed this user back in 2013 - http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1800858-2006-rs-plz.html

I 100% don't deny my actions and I take full responsibility in them, there's no reason for me doing what I done. I was childish and extremely immature at the time, I have grown and look back at the days of stupid little things like this and I am embarrassed that I actually done something like this.

I have tried to contact the user a while ago but honestly I have gotten a new computer and forgot my old skype.

I will fully reimburse the amount of which what was stolen to any victim / the user above but when I spoke to Dunworry he told me I may need to refund one of the victims who were scammed recently.

I was recently unbanned on Powerbot, I understand that Sythe is not associated with Powerbot and I don't know whether or not it's important but here's the link anyway. https://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/1304054-tennos-ban-appeal/

I would also like to note that I understand I have ban evaded and that makes my chances of the unban extremely thin, even if you don't think I should be unbanned I do wish to refund any user I can for the initial amount of money scammed.

I am extremely sorry for my childish actions and all the time I have wasted of yours in the past, I want to try and prove myself to you that I have changed from the young child I used to be.

The above is my largest concern. All other accounts were banned for ban evading. The only crime I could find was the Lafing scam.

You'll need to provide proof that you tried to contact him to repay the 39m over the course of a month.

Are "Mac" and 2006 Rs Plz the same people? Are you able to link the two? Further down a PB mod says that the scam was by accident, whereas the screenshots we viewed on your scam report show you scamming very much not by accident. Please provide an explanation for this.

In response to BluPig yeah... Most of them are me I do admit that I have tried to evade but the only time I actually tried to evade properly like offering my services were on QuestingForYou, Tenno, Aapoh I believe anyway, I understand this doesn't make it any different as it's still the same thing trying to evade yeah I know it's pretty stupid and pathetic although when I was offering services I didn't scam.

I contacted Dunworry about refunding the user the 39m as I don't know which Skype I was using at the time and the skype he was using which is yet something that I would try and look into resolving if needed, I understand that he's also banned on site and was wondering whether or not I have to personally refund that victim or could I refund any other victims?

As for the scam report on Powerbot which I linked with the user "Mac" I was told to include that so you knew about it, at the time he opened the dispute there were some issues I had IRL which I tried telling Chris about at the time which is why he banned me for the time that he did, he knew I was trying to contact the user for Months upon Months as I was messaging Yoshiki although Powerbot is not associated with Sythe I understand this may change your mind on some level, since I have been unbanned on Powerbot I have bought Sponsor, opened up my services and have been offering them since gaining 70+ Feedback.

Also the dispute in 2014 which I posted I will admit to lying that it was my brother when it was in fact me, yes yet another thing which is stupid but that was me at a younger age trying my luck at getting unbanned, I am sorry for this and truly understand that I should have actually admitted it at the time.

I do admit Groovy is a friend of mine who I asked to post my skype, this is yet another silly mistake of mine. I had no intention to scam any of the users by using my reputation off-site, I understand this is also classed as evading as I shouldn't be asking friends of mine to post on my request. I apologize for this and yet again it's something that may come back to bite me in the backside.


Some extra things

I am extremely sorry for the actions which have caused you all the trouble in the past, I shouldn't have evaded on multiple cases which like I have stated I know make you feel wary on whether or not I actually do deserve this unban.

I know this may not be anything to you guys but I honestly can tell you 100% I have changed from the young boy I used to be.

I would like to say if I do in fact get some supports on this then I plan on donating to the site, refunding any user I have to and maybe hopefully I can offer my services on site and gain a reputation for myself here.

If there's anything else that you need to speak to me about I will gladly try to communicate to the best of my ability with you.

 

I don't buy that your friend used your Skype, after you've vaded multiple times. Your pardon is instantly denied on the grounds of leaving out pertinent information. You may try again in 6 months, and please don't lie or leave anything out.
