Thanks for getting back to me. And I'm very glad you did.

Since you've been away, I'm sure you've noticed that we've been doing a lot to update the platform, and the Seller Storefronts is one of those things that received an uplift.

The reason it is great you pointed this out, is because we overlooked the logic in a member's "online" settings when they have been suspended.

In truth, this member, Fragist19, has been suspended since July, 2015. The 'online' setting you see is a legacy from the 'online settings' he set as a seller.

We're going to fix this bug, and also consider appending notice to actual suspended accounts on their storefronts, so that people don't get confused about this in the future.

As for the case in your OP, please check you in-box, I responded to you for it directly.

This case has been resolved. I would like to request this thread to be closed.

PlayerAuctions wasn't providing proper support at the time, but Jacob has found ways to resolve the issue by setting up new policies and managing his staff appropriately.

I received an unexpected compensation for my troubles, for the amount I spent during the transaction. This displays that Jacob takes these type of situations very seriously and is willing to work with customers to provide the best service that he is capable of producing.

It was unfortunate that he was on vacation at the time of the original creation of this thread. I'm thankful that Jacob took the time to investigate and solve the issue while I was gone from the community.
