Both users wanted to use me as a middleman on a Runescape name trade. As I dont deal with name sales (but understand the risks of snipes ect) I told them that I would hold onto the RSGP while they deal with the Transfer side of the sale

After I had PM'd them both I Made sure each of them were aware of the risks of name transfers and that I will only be holding onto the RSGP.



They Both confirmed that Soccer22 was responsible for transferring the name over and would be responsible for any snipes that may occur

Half way through the Trade Soccer22 was banned for offsite activities

Because of how far we had gotten into the trade, everyone was in agreement we would complete the trade thus far. While Soccer was transferring the name it was apparently sniped.


I am currently holding onto the 400M 07 Soccer niki for the name, as he volunteered to take responsibility for the other half of the trade and snipes I am under the impression I am just to refund out niki. Let me know if this is the best course of action.
