Feedback Needed

Okay so. I started gfx a while ago then quit because I just felt like I was getting no better at it, but a couple weeks ago i started back and this is what i got soo far. Any HONEST feedback would be greatly appreciated guys.

I've also been doing a bunch of manipulation Effects and trying to do Signatures with Anime's and all. I'm having a lot of fun rn but really wanna improve!

 

I actually like it. The first one seems a bit pixelated and the second one a bit blurry, but other than that even comparing these two I see you're getting better at it. Just keep on doing it and I'm sure you'll improve, you always will, aslong as you keep learning new stuff. Best of luck!

 

Thank you! Do you know how i could export them from photoshop and not be so blurry? Or is it because of the renders I have used?

Also, I'd tone it down on the contrast with the first one. Not sure if it's my monitor, but it's almost blinding.. haha

This specific one seems to be a bit dull as far as the effects go, but you have done a good job with the lighting and making the image come together for sure. I feel like experimenting with different styles and effects will improve your ability ten-fold in the long run! Keep up the good work ^_^ .

I like the sizing on this one, and the placement of the focal point.

These are definitely improvements from the original ones you've posted. The main issues I am seeing with these are the location of your text. The name on there is very distracting from the focal point. Flow is everything, and if you are lacking flow, it can distract from what you wish for people to see. Are you using renders or stock images? Experimenting with both will also help. Practicing with manipulation stock images I have found is the best thing you can do for practice.
