I like this idea. Anything to get more people actively involved in discussions I'm down for.

 

This is actually a great suggestion -- would definitely bring up activity and incentive to post.

This should be implemented ASAP.

Support at 1/1000 or so, or 1/1200. Nice little perk, and maybe a 1/2800 for posts. Infractions (spam) would decrease the chance to 1/2700 and 1/4500 until it expires.

System to give random benefit, and a fail-safe to decrease chance of people spamming junk

Reason being is you still want it to be a "rare" mini-rank, not something people just get. That way it's an aspiration and a true reward as opposed to something more common .

 

Implement this already. Best suggestion of the year.

 

Prize boxes would be great for this idea. Fully support it, hopefully it is possible for an admin to implement.

Please make this. I remember had a brief sythe account like a few years ago and this place isn't as active as it used to be it seems. Would especially help the people trying to run a business here as well.

Yes, it would. If someone was truly spamming though they would have an infraction handed to them, and would continue to until they realized they should stop spamming, or get banned.

I think the benefits from the activity that this would encourage outweigh the potential spamming that may occur.
