[Input needed]LoL LCS miniranks

Similar to Reddit flares, I was thinking of having the team logo of each NA/EU LCS team as a minirank for the next split. Whichever team you support over NA/EU, you'd get said minirank.

They would be non tradeable, and simply something for fun. Each new LCS split, you could trade in your current one, for a different teams one, if you support someone else.

Thoughts?

Note: This would need to be approved by Sythe/Matthew before anything.

 

This might be work which can never be finished. When you'd start giving away such ranks, people will request ranks for CSGO teams aswell etc I suspect.

 

Too much work for no reason, IMO. Just another spam rank.

 

I think it would be fun and give incentive for others to come in and post in the LoL section.

If the admins can figure out a way to let the user chose the minirank that they would get then I think it would a great implementation and could be used in other sections, like the CS:GO section to pick teams, in the Other Games section to pick your favorite game etc.

 

I like the idea of having them, but would admins be willing to switch out miniranks for people (if they want to change teams, or if their team gets knocked out of the LCS) each split?

Do this for like one split, and if your team wins you keep the rank

Other games may expect the same treatment if we get it however (csgo etc)
