How do you feel your time on sythe has shaped you as a person?

Naturally with time a person's experiences combined with their temperament will shape their personality, since you've all had varying experience with sythe how do you think it has shaped you as a person?

 

It made me super critical when it comes to decision making. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, I guess it depends on the situation.

 

Trust no one, not even yourself.

 

Lmao this makes the site sound so bad, but then again, as my time on sythe has been short, and by short i mean very short, as in a couple days. I've had to tell myself to think outside the box when it comes to design. You need your own style and your concepts to stand out and its shaped my work into something that I cherish

 

Probably showed me what a giant waste of time doing anything online is... be it games or posting on forums. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just a waste of time.

I still can't believe how much time I spent on here in 2012-ish time... fucking insane. If there was a counter for hours of user activity on this site, I would have easily hit #1 for 2012.

 

Probably the internet in a nutshell..

 

Definitely made me more wary and skeptical of everything in general, even more so than I was before.

 

I've learned a lot about how the generation I'm a part of communicates - internally and with other people.

 

Oh i've learned a ton about not only the rs blackmarket but how to apply what I do on here to blackmarkets irl. I've also learned a lot about macro and microeconomics and how to conduct business in general in addition to networking.



Just kidding.

Not really. My real life experiences have changed me for the most part.

 

Spam forum made me less of a cunt.

 

I'm quite new here actually but the thing I try to apply to most of my posts lately is to think less about it. There seem so many rules for everything that I barely dared to post anything, but I'm guessing I'll learn for my mistakes once I make them.

 

Hasn't changed me at all as a person. The only reason I still use this site is for entertainment purposes, and to help people.

 

it got me well acquainted with the internets growing up which probably influenced my nature of not taking things seriously. something else which i have thought about in the past regarding sythe, is that i have learned integrity. something that i have admired about Sythe, the owner, is his integrity... he seems very well grounded and level headed and there have been countless times where ive seen outstanding personal integrity. throughout the years i have witnessed a lot of drama, a lot of people attacking Sythe and numerous shenanigans, and i've really respected sythe and his ability to hold his ground and his values in the face of it all without compromising his own beliefs.

 

Honestly, it's made me double check everything that I turn in for assignments -With scam reports/trading other people. I have to double check everything to make sure I can deem the trade worthy/mods (teachers) can approve of it-
And overall, Sythe has changed me for the better. Teaches you about business and what to do/what not to do, and with personal experiences that I'll never forget. (I'm only in highschool lol)
