He lied about not sniping the name in the first place, didn't admit to it in his pardon, then lied about refunding his victim.

 

The gambling clan owner probably sold it then or it was released. I'm referring to a sale that happened in late 2014/ early 2015 in which folt directly sniped the name from the innocent user that was trying to transfer it. There was no public acknowledgement of this, however I'm sure once I find who owned it previously they will be more than willing to confirm.

For simply lying about sniping go to try and cheat Glare out of 1.2B RS3 he is owed he should NEVER have the chance to pardon again and I don't know why mods are trying to reach a refund when it's pretty obvious that he's never going to pay back anyone anything.

I agree with doing something about the market. With how sketchy and arcane the market is, in conjunction with the fact that you pretty much can't prove anything, I'll likely be leaving the market soon. I love names with a strong passion, but the market just is so repulsive
