    http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1954361-bus369-scammer.html

Am I responsible for repaying this...?

It's like 6m 07 so idc really :O, but I was under the impression a sythe PM is required for me to have to repay @ superman?

It's one of the reasons I never 2fa'd my skype but did 2fa the email linked to it and my sythe.

I dont beleive you can 2fa a non live: skype so I did the next 2 best things and 2fa'd the information linked to it.

    Uh?

After the multiple times you've been hacked, TwC'd, banned, or required to pardon, I don't see why you wouldn't take it upon you to 2FA your Skype. Your reason for not owning a 2FA'd Skype ID is borderline careless as well, for there's no legitimate reason as to why you wouldn't own or do business with a Skype account which assures secure communication with your clients.

You cannot effectively 2FA a non-"live:" Skype ID if you have a Skype ID with an e-mail connected to it. There are multiple guides and plenty of information on how an individual can create a 2FA Skype. I'll write a short guide for you.
    • Create an e-mail account with 2FA enabled
    • Create Skype account using e-mail address only
    • Log in to Skype
A Sythe PM is required in order for scammed users to be eligible for reimbursement, but with your view/comment as to why your Skype isn't 2FA-enabled, I think it would be a common courtesy to refund those who were scammed.
You have a decent amount of business and if you're not willing to ensure your clients are safe to trade with you, or you're not going to fight to keep their business and future business, I'd seriously reconsider my business decisions if I were you.

    Uh?

Have you considered creating a new skype that you can secure with 2 factor authorization?
