This is an obvious frame attempt. I have contacted multiple moderators to get this kid B&. Incompetency levels are skyrocketing at the moment.

EDIT: n4n0 has informed me that the report you linked doesn't have real PM proof (the PM doesn't exist), but that doesn't account for this report: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1951870-asapgang-1-5b-scammed.html which has not been resolved. You'd have to pardon for that one.
