•Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I am unable to find 'Rich Soul' at this time to apologise for this event which happened two years ago. If I was pointed in his general direction I would greatly appreciate it.


•Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing other than Framing an individual who had done nothing wrong.

•Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Basically, when I first joined Sythe, I was not aware there was a direct link to add individuals on Skype. I was gullible and wanted my RS3 converted to OSRS asap and came across 'Rich Soul'. Instead of looking at the skype name and confirming it with PM's on sythe with the excitement, I added the wrong person which lead to me getting scammed. I put the blame on the person I thought I was trading in the first place out of anger. It is so easy to point the finger at a person who obviously used this site before and then me being a new comer not knowing where to run with my rs3 cash.
If there was a way of contacting this individual now, two years later, I would apologise for initially setting the blame on him. The whole thing was my fault and my naivety to add people without double checking.

Have I learned from this event two years ago? Quite frankly, yes I have. after-all, it did take me two years to create another account on Sythe, and made me more aware that in future I must take things slower and read into rules and regulations set by moderators, and the continuing prompting to ensure PM's are sent and everything is checked over.

I hope this is taking into deep consideration as to why and how I was banned and to how easy it actually is to point the finger when victimised by scammers. Rich Soul however, was not to blame on this and I will thoroughly apologise when and if I can get a hold of them.
