Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
5 years ago I scammed zdubstepx for his runescape account, and because he was going first I decided to scam him knowing what risks there was as I thought of it as an opportunity at the time. The account was recovered the same day and I was banned for it.
Acouple years later my static IP had changed and I thought of it as a chance to get back in the community but mistakenly logged in or linked my account to the old banned account in some way after I had opened a bond shop and was banned for evading. Then about a year ago I created an account to use when I needed to purchase a service from someone and had dispute over the user Ayy scamming.

I regret my decision to scam several years back as I should have known nothing good would come out of it. Several years have past and I have minimal involvement in the runescape community besides bot scripting. I hope my previous actions can be looked over.
