Vouches

I'll make this very short. I just think that vouches like ''Rented my max main for 1 hour'' should be invalid. When someone says they have 30+ vouches, I go to check and I see 90% of the vouches are from people saying they rented their account or bought 5m from their website. Doesn't really mean anything. It pretty much allows people to buy vouches, as you can rent a main for 30 mins for like 1-2m and get a vouch from it.

I can kinda understand the buying/selling gp vouches, but the account rental vouches are just ridiculous.

 

Made arguments about this in the past but this isn't going to happen. There was a user who had 20 or so vouches by buying like 15m total gp a few mill at a time from major gold sellers (different ones) and then selling it back to another one. I reported this and was told they couldn't do anything, he ended up banned for scamming and impersonating people like a week later so yea sucks :L

Also think one of the main issues is setting a precedent for what could be considered an acceptable vouch or not.

 

It's a free market, and you shouldn't trust people by the number of vouches they have any way, you should look at the quality of the vouches they have. So no support.

 

you still trust the guy not to boot you off the account, they could ask really trusted people for 0% risk rental but they still trust other ppl so i think it should be fine. u can also just look at what type of vouches they have, just cuz someone has vouches doesnt mean u have to trust them

 

this sums it up. people advertise their number of vouches because it grabs your attention; it's up to you to determine how meaningful those vouches are.
