Sharksales And Oxybro Scamming!

I recently bought an account off both, SHARKYSALES and OXYBRO, both seem decent guys, i bought a 70/77/70 account from sharkysales for 4m os and 10m rs3, then a about 2 days ago i tried to log onto the account and it said this:

I made contact with sharkysales on the 29/3/16, he told me if he gets the recovery accepted he is going to refund me fully, however, he has not replied to me all day today which is making me suspicious to say the least.

Now to oxybro, i bought his os account from him on the night of the 29/3/16 the trade was successful and he changed email for me etc. However, just about 10 minutes ago, i tried to log onto the account and it said the exact same thing as the other account, i have the evidence here:

Like i did with sharkysales, i have attempted to contact him and will give him a day or two to reply. what they have both done is what is considered to me as scamming. I would appreciate it if a 'respected' sythe member would help me with this as i'm clueless in what to do. If the two sellers want their accounts back i am more than welcome to give them their accounts if they give me the amount i bought them for. seems fair? I also have purchased membership on this account, have 600km worth of items and 900k cash traded over from my other account.

tell them to get the accounts back for you. if they cant get them back, they have to refund you or will be banned. post back when you hear from them

I have made contact with him via Skype and pm. Jagex have put a lock on the account due to IP address change. I will be at work for the next 10 hours as I have stated and once I'm home I will get the account unlocked. If this is not possible I will happily refund.
Please be patient with me I don't have bad intentions.

 

i've heard back from them, sharkysales said he will refund when he recovers account and oxybro is recovering account and ill get account back soon hopefully.

 

oxybro has recovered account and changed password, all is good as far as that trade goes. just waiting on sharkysales, said it's going to take 2-3 days to get the money that i bought the account with so he can refund me fully.

nope, oxybro changed pw, probably in retaliation of him being banned.

 

i think both have disappeared with accounts. oxybro has been banned and in retaliation to that he has changed pw to his account. sharkysales said he was getting money and never got back to me so im guessing he's gone, in my opinion sharkysales should be banned for scamming.
