Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
So to start this off, Ive never been particularly active in the sythe community. The main reason I made an account was I had just started botting RS and I needed a place to sell my excess gold. Most of my posts are Vouches for either buying gold from somebody or vouches for selling gold or some sort of service. Very rarely did I venture from the marketplace.

In 2013 my account was hacked and used to scam 2 users by dicing on site. (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1621769-scammer-smart-balance.html http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1621774-smart-balance-scammer-dice.html) Since I was not particularly active I did not notice my account was compromised, but when I did find out I contacted the users to pay them the money they were owed. I was unbanned after that although I could not get in contact with one of the users since he was banned. I was told that If he was unbanned I would have to repay him which was fine and is still fine by me.

To explain the post that got me banned again.

This thread (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1782910-smart-balance.html) was posted in order to get me banned. I will explain every single thing that was posted.

The DDOSing- The purchase that I made for a "Hard Hitting" stress tester or whatever you would like to call it was actually made to test my own servers. At the time I was attempting to start up a social media Service on Sythe as well as a few other sites. I was preparing a website and was told that I needed ddos protection. I was fairly certain that my website would be able to take the load of a ddos attack so I opted to test it using a Server stress tester that I purchased a 1 week trial for. I did not use that Stress tester in any malicious intent towards anything that was not mine.

Brute forcing redbox codes- I will not deny that I was using a program to get redox codes. This program did not harm the website at all and allowed a single email address to get new codes every time it was input into the website. I wouldn't necessarily call it Bruteforcing as it was how they designed the giveaway, I was just using a program to automate the process. I took advantage of it and I will not deny that.

SMS/Email/Snapchat Bomber (Spammer)- This is another situation that I did use these "tools" but I did not use them in a malicious intent. They were all programs made by a friend of mine and we used them to mess around with a group of about 7 of us. Nobody was unaware of how they were getting 1000 emails in 10 minutes, and we all thought it was funny. Im fully aware that they could be used for malicious intent and I do not have them anymore.

I completely understand how this must have looked when the Scammer thread was first placed up with no context. I do understand that some of the things I was involved with in the past were not the best decisions. I

I never really bothered posting a pardon since I figured I would just move on from the site. Ive had another account that was made prior to my Smart Balance account that I used before I switched to the name Smart Balance. Since being banned I have still dealt with multiple sythe members on other sites for gold and other services with no scams being reported, I can let staff know who those members are if they wish to know.

I decided to post the pardon because I want to come back to the community and start selling gold or services on other games again, and this is the best marketplace to do so. If any staff have any further questions regarding this for me I will answer them as soon as I see them. I fully understand if my pardon is not accepted and thank you for reading this.

I apologize for not putting my second profile link in the beginning of the first post I made.

I would like to add that the reason that I am requesting a Pardon and not a ban dispute is because I am not innocent in the sense that I wasn't using the programs that I had and the Stresser that I purchased. Again my intentions for those programs were in no way malicious.

I do still use that website as a way to purchase Original Usernames as they have a decent market for those sort of trades. I will not deny that I have an account on the website still.

I was a $50 donator on Sythe, a SVU, and in all of my deals that I had done (Questing, Defenders, Gold selling/Buying) I never had a single scam excluding when my account was compromised, which again I did pay back all of the scammed excluding the one person who I was unable to get in contact with as he was banned on site as well.

I don't want my pardon to look like somebody who is trying to justify all of the things they did, but Im trying my best to explain exactly what my thought process was throughout it. If any staff have any questions for me before you make your decision feel free to ask away, if not I appreciate your time reading this.
