Unauthorized chargeback after 3 moths

Hello.
I am sorry if this it is worng place to put this topic.
I recently received an unauthorized charge back for 252 USD
Transaction Date: Dec 19, 2015
Date of Complaint about: Mar 25, 2016

It is a long time between these dates. PayPal opened case and closed case immediately - payment was reversed. I even did not have a chance to provide evidence I have his ID and Pictures of gold that he accepted. Also i know that he has an access to his PayPal email.

I would be grateful of any help, how to get back honestly earned money!

I'm not totally sure. I've moved this to market discussion hoping you'll get more responses. My first response would be calling paypal but that's just me and I don't have chargeback experience fortunately.
