How do i?

I used a vpn months ago to run my bots on runescape classic, i had several and didnt want my computer to lag so i got hotspot shield and my account got stolen from someone i tried tweeting jagex and they told me to turn off my vpn and send in a new recovery attempt, Well im asking you how to do that? i deleted and uninstalled hotspot shield, and i still had a vpn running. if anyone can explain it to me id appreciate it.

Maybe u have another vpn running? did u install any other ones?

 

Nope just had hot spot shield running, ive legit did factory reset on this computer and still have it running :X
