I haven't been successful with contacting the victim (N otice). I have been trying to contact him through 2 different skype accounts and Blade also helped me out by trying to contact him and didn't have any luck.. He has not been active or responded so I'm not sure he plays runescape anymore.. My most previous message sent to him was telling him that I would like to find a way to pay him back even if he doesn't play runescape anymore. I will pay him back through bitcoin or paypal or whatever works best for him so hoping he contacts me back. Below are the screenies.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I was going to buy an account from "N otice" for 100m RS3 (approx. 25-30$) when for some reason I decided to just snipe the name.. The moment that I did it i literally felt disgusted with myself. We have all been scammed one time or another, I know that I have and the feeling is absolutely horrible. I literally hate people that scam and I went and did it myself and can definitely say with 100% confidence that it would NEVER EVER happen again.. It pisses me off that I had the nerve to steal something that someone took their own time to work to get. What I did was not right and I honestly feel terrible for what I've done to "N otice". Like I said something like this will never happen again and I am going to continue to try and contact the victim to work something out with him..
I have made other accounts which is bad evading, not trying to scam members but just be able to be a part of Sythe again. (Accounts listed at beginning of thread) I really would love to have a second chance. I love going on this website I have a great full time federal job and a baby on the way (not sure if this is relevant but I'm really excited about it lol). If I do get unbanned I will try to contact him here through Sythe and continue to contact him through Skype. Thanks for reviewing this and thanks to those who helped me try and contact the victim.

I would also like to add on from this that I have had 3 months ban and I did fully pay the victim back (proof above). I can assure something like this never would happen again and would love to be a part of the Sythe community again. Thanks guys!

I have not paid back the user who sold me "party hat" because he is banned.
I was saying I could repay the money that the name is worth and donate it to sythe.

The user "claimed" he was selling party hat which he wasn't it was "party hat" totally different then what he was selling and he was extremely sketchy.. And I didn't sell the name "party hat" I got banned botting with it so lost the name. but like I said would donate the money it was worth to sythe. And no the donation wouldn't have to count toward my account so I wouldn't get benefited from it.

I was only asking for it in case the refund can go to one of his victims, which looks like has doesn't have any.

I'm assuming it's alright for him to refund this banned user, seeing as onlineskill hasn't scammed anyone.
