EDIT: I'm just going to deny this. You left out your ban evasion and were banned in 2015 on both accounts. This wasn't 2-3 years ago. "Contacted on my main about a year ago". November 2015 was 4 months ago bud. Your screenshots are also cropped and do not constitute valid proof of repayment. Try again in 6 months and please be serious about it when you do.
