not receiving emails

have been trying to reset my password ever since the addition of 2FA on sythe but am unable to receive any emails after requesting password reset link. saw a thread stating that gmail is not allowing sythe emails to go through their servers so im hoping thats the only issue. username TeaHC.

now whenever i try and send the email reset link it gives me this message

"The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new address be sent to you by using this form." possible account hijacking maybe? unsure of what to do at this point, any and all help is appreciated. made a new account in the meantime username:jhnott
