Paypal question

Anyone knows if you make a throwaway paypal to get a payment from a newcomer and send the money exactly before chargeback to an other paypal account what would happen?
This could be a solution of accepting PP from newcomers?

 

No, don't do this. Paypal will probably notice and lock both accounts. The logical solution is don't accept Paypal from anyone that you don't trust.

What if its not me and confirmable that ip doesnt match if someone(my friend) sends me the fund who dont care about PP

I'm sure your friend wouldn't want to risk a chargeback even though he doesn't care about PayPal. I believe it's not even possible to send the cash straight after receival on a new unverified PayPal account. The cash will probably be on hold for about 45 days.

Again, just don't accept PayPal from people you don't trust.

 

Just make yourself a verified paypal and only accept payments from trusted users.. Reduces all the hassle.
