Email service issue

Hello my name on sythe is zootederrday, recently I tryed to log on and it said that my password was 6 months old and it needed to be changed so i entered my email and it said the info to change it was emailed to me and i never got one. Then it says i'm entering the wrong password. Would you please manually send me a password reset email for the account zootederrday? thank you.
