    Attempting to scam
    Got PMs from Bogla and Flyingtoast saying that Paypal Is having a lot of problems today. Discussed with PureAddiction and he told me he will refund the guy if the payment appears in his paypal in a couple of hours. Since we are unsure if the guy tried to scam or not, I won't ban him right now.

    However, if in 24 hours, there's no paypal transaction, make another report with that proof & we'll ban him.

    It just took me around 3-4 hours for my PayPal payments to Sythe for donations to go through, so I'd expect it to happen soon.
