Scammed for 66.23$ by Qualityboosting a.k.a Vitalijus / DrLuke95

Situation:

I Sold 53m to this person (with many identities on sythe) at 1.25$ a mill (66.23$), he did sent the money (10 march). Today Qualityboosting a.k.a Vitalijus / DrLuke95 / Jeazy charged back the money he sent, see the following pictures: http://imgur.com/RnJNsb5 http://imgur.com/mDn5bFV.

You can see that the money has been sent to [email protected].

In this post he made on sythe http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1923243-qualityboosting-pw-outdated-but-not-receiving-emails.html you can clearly see that the 2 accounts are linked to eachother. When doing an user/IP-audit on these accounts you can also see that the sythe account Vitalijus is linked to these accounts. See the images:

The person in question (Luke Howes) has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent, see the following picture: http://imgur.com/GE2B681. When i confronted 'Luke', he was nowhere to be found ofcourse. He even made a vouch on my vouch list on another sythe account (Jeazy)!

When you look at this sythe user you end up finding the skype he used to scam me, the skype user id he shows on this post http://www.sythe.org/private-server-gold-items-misc/1932169-selling-os-scape-gp-07-gp-only.html is exactly the same as he scammed me with. See the pictures:

I tried to talk with this person, but hes nowhere to be found. Its clear to me that he is a scammer. Its very important that this scammer MUST be stopped when you look at the amount of sythe accounts hes using. The person has a gold shop & training & questing services and could be potentially scamming many more in the future.

If someone has some tips for me to handle this charge back with paypal, please let me know.

When needed I WILL provide more proof. Thanks in advance I hope this will be taken very seriously.
