Changing rules of RuneScape 2007 General?

Right I was reading threw the runescape 2007 section and noticed merchanting clan, In my opinion they are scams (Everyone going to have different opinion), It's basic pyramid scam (More information on pyramid scam below). I know merchanting carry's a risk, but pyramid scam and merchanting is different story.

Edit: This scam is done by getting a lot of clan members to buy item in ge when price hikes up, and the owner sell before item crashes (When they tell clan to sell)

All I'm thinking is we not allowed on the forums or take it out of the section it currently in, I think it's risk for people who are only here for the community.

What is pyramid scam?
Basically few people at top buy item before letting the public know, they wait for people to start buying item than they dump theirs and tell everyone dumping their, but they have sold their before people dump theirs. The last few people who bought them will basically lorse their money, like 60-80% of it.

Yeah after giving this second thought, I forgot about merchandising clan for flipping like flipchat1 in rs3 (Can't remember what that fc actually flips), I would like to change my this a bit, I would like it so merchanting clan that buy and sell item at large scale at same time be disallowed on sythe. I don't think fully explained that up above, why is explained but i'll just quickly explain why again, if large amount people buy an item and they all sell ad least 25% of will make profit 10-15% percent will break even, and rest well they lost their money,
