Email not sending

Hi i havent been active lately and its making me change my password. Well it only sends me the email sometimes and it never sends the password reset email. I can prove everything needed.. would really like to get my account back its been very hard to do things on here. the email is [email protected]. if you could manually send the password reset email out or something. Thanks!
