Scammer - KEVINJMJR20

I honestly haven't much of an idea of how to report this person. So i will lay out what he has done and hopefully you can help.

Purchase: I purchase two of his accounts that he had for sale.

Today, after about a week of owning the account, The account was locked as it was suspected of being stolen. I then managed to recover the account and he was off fishing on the account after recovering it?
I genuinely don't know what should be done as i have recovered it, but he is going to keep trying to recover the account.

Please use that template to post the Skype chats that occurred between the two of you when doing the trade. Please also take a picture of you trying to login to the account.

Have you also tried to contact him? Is he ignoring you, etc? If he is, take pictures of that.
